Proper Attire Matters...
For dance we do not require a certain color of leotard but we do require that a leotard and tights/or anklets be worn during class times.
For tumbling, shorts and tight fitting t-shirt or leotard be worn WITH tennis shoes, and hair back from face. No jewelry please.
For Jazz, jazz shoes dance pants or dance shorts, leotard.
Same for baton.
We want your child to be able to express their individuality while enjoying the art of dance.
NO JEANS will be permitted in dance classes.
Proper shoes also required to participate in class.
Thank you!!

Hello all, we hope you had a joyous Christmas season and we are so happy to have you back. There are many things to look forward to this new year. Many plans are being put into place for the new year and the 10 Year Anniversary Show! We are so excited! We count our blessings everyday of having you with us! The Christmas recital was GREAT! We had to squeeze a lot into a little amount of time due to the parade. We hope next year they will put it back on the weekend before. Also we have planned a rehearsal for next year. Going on stage COLD is sometimes overwhelming to the little ones. It will give them a “practice” before they perform but will not demand much of your time. Things will be laid out differently. Everyone loves for all of their dances to be in one time slot, and that is doable for most. We did learn however that the “quick change” didn’t go so quickly, so we may have to rearrange dances next year. Also our goal is to make sure the kids know exactly what is going on, and they do not depend on us to dance. Many are getting older and can dance without watching us, and we are going to try to have them do it themselves. We will be there to prompt but not do the dance with them. Of course the new babies we will be right there ready to go with them. Oh we are so excited for what is to come!
Recital Fees are due this month so we can make our payment to the Municipal Auditorium.
If you would like to fundraise for this we would be more than happy to set some out.
Thank you so much for joining us this year! We are very blessed and so happy to see the little (and big) faces come through the door!
Things to NOTE:
We no longer observe the Kanawha County School Snow Day policy as stated in the terms and regulations. So please check the website, call the studio for the outgoing message (304-727-7150) or our Facebook page if you are on Facebook. Also a few had questions about the payment schedule. It is broken down for you on a sheet at the studio. We may not be there every week for the month, but you do get the classes throughout the year. This sheet explains that for you. If we have a snow day or need to cancel we will schedule a make up class for you. :)
